Lee White is the founder and principle consultant at E Quint Consulting. His mission is to help organizations realize the power and effectiveness of the Connected Enterprise.
Before starting E Quint Consulting, Lee worked 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry, for GlaxoSmithKline. His years of experience with GSK provides him with a unique perspective of the obstacles and issues facing the health care industry, with respect to building a Connected Enterprise.
His last 8 years at GSK he primarily supported the Sales and Marketing functions in the areas of:
- Social Media
- Project Management
- Organization Development
- Business Process Design
Previous to his work with Sales and Marketing, he spent 6 years working in Human Resource Information Systems at GSK.
Prior to working at GSK, Lee worked for a regional retail organization, heading both the IT and Human Resource functions.
Lee has also worked as an Electrical Engineer, in a PC repair shop, in marketing for a small software company, as a grocery store clerk, and a restaurant dishwasher. Through all of these positions, Lee has been a keen observer of how organizations operated; trying to understand why they did well and why they didn’t.
All of this experience provides Lee with the ability to look at almost any organization’s operations and find better ways to work.

Lee White was born and raised in North Carolina. He is married and has 2 children. His favorite hobby is SCUBA diving, when he and his wife get the chance.
