The core of E Quint Consulting is helping clients listen to stakeholders as part of their decision process. As part of E Quint’s engagement process, and to help the client better understand their own issues, here are three questions I will bring to the table:
- What are the most important decisions that you are accountable for?
- Who is impacted by those decisions?
- How are you currently listening to those stakeholders?
This simple set of questions will get to the root of how I can help a client. The purpose is to open up a dialog about issues the client is facing and possible solutions for addressing those issues.
